To love
I have no intention to hurt you
But I have to so you’ll let me go
Not because I don’t love you
But because I just need to do it so
I fear I might love you even more
Now that you’re slipping away
I’m afraid I’d lose control
And would even ask you to stay
God knows the love I gave was real
That all I did was love and love
But I have to say it wasn’t true
To keep you off the track
I couldn’t express the reason behind
Don’t even know what to say
But when I’m gone you’ll just know
That I did everything for your sake
Please don’t hate me for what I’ve done
I just hope someday you’ll understand
That love to me may hurt so much
But all I did was just to love.
